4. Lifetime Matching Bonus

Sponsor a new recruit with Premier Platinum PaceSetters position, you will receive up to 15% match for their entire USANA business commission volume.

Lawsuits

Although USANA is a renowned MLM company, they also faced lawsuits. Here are some of the lawsuits that were filed against the giant company.

In 2007, USANA faced a class-action lawsuit against eight law firms. The lawsuit was initiated by Barry Minkow who is an ex-con who wrote a 200+ pages report against the company. USANA responded by suing Minkow for defamation.

In 2017, USANA has filed a class-action lawsuit. This was for allegedly failing to disclose adverse facts and creating misleading statements about the BabyCare Ltd acquisition in China.
