To begin with, I think that the 45% commission is already a reward in itself. As you are well aware, not all MLM companies are as generous as Paparazzi Accessories. Moreover, their products are very affordable; in fact, they can be sold wholesale, which means more sales, more income.

On the other hand, this company also has its share of shortcomings. Given that the company implements a recruitment plan, this method is actually a turn off for most people. Not everyone likes to recruit and in the same way, be recruited. Recruitment only works for those who are bold enough to sell and influence people. Add to that the burden of hosting parties as it incurs additional expense on your part, because what is a party without food and drinks, right?
